Mr. Tims practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation and criminal defense. He joined Zeldes, Needle & Cooper in 2008, shortly after graduating from the University of Connecticut School of Law. During law school, he studied Comparative Law in Germany and also interned for the Honorable Alvin W. Thompson, Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Mr. Tims earned his undergraduate degree with the distinction of summa cum laude in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Connecticut School of Business in 2005. While an undergraduate student, Mr. Tims interned in the United States Senate. He was also inducted into the UConn School of Business Hall of Fame as a Student Fellow.
