Max Medina Appointed as Election Monitor in Bridgeport Election

Having concluded there were sufficient grounds to order a new election in Bridgeport’s Democratic Primary for the 133rd Bridgeport City Council District, the Superior Court (Bellis, J.) appointed Zeldes, Needle & Cooper, P.C. partner, Maximino Medina, Jr., as a monitor for the new primary to be held on November 14, 2017.  Attorney Medina will act as an arm of the court regarding the absentee balloting process for the new election and report back to the court.  The order issued in the case of Keeley v.
