ZNC Attorneys Thwart Industrial-Use Zoning Application

Sarah Poston and Patrick Smith successfully opposed the latest in a series of zoning applications by a Connecticut corporation seeking to operate a transfer station for construction debris. Sarah and Patrick represent the owner and tenant of a neighboring industrial condominium, which has opposed the applications for more than five years. The latest application recently was withdrawn by the applicant.
