Attorney Spaide brings a diverse background of legal experience to her clients. She has represented individuals and corporations in a wide variety of matters, including: breach of contract claims, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination claims, employment discrimination claims, severance negotiation, disputes with insurance companies, and disputes with private schools. Attorney Spaide also has experience handling family matters, and handling appeals to the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts. She is also a trained mediator.
Attorney Spaide enjoys being involved in her community and currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Family Economic and Security Program (a program of the Fairfield County Community Foundation). Additionally, Attorney Spaide has taught business ethics as an adjunct professor at Fordham University, has worked with the Human Trafficking Legal Center to represent survivors of human trafficking, and has served as the Executive Director of a non-profit which served the legal needs of victims of domestic violence and human trafficking.
Attorney Spaide received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut where she served as Articles Editor on the Connecticut Journal of International Law. She received her undergraduate degree from Fairfield University, where she graduated magna cum laude and became a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Attorney Spaide lives in Norwalk with her family.
