Mr. Carbone joined ZNC in 2011. Following law school, Mr. Carbone had the honor of clerking for two Judges: the Honorable Paul M. Foti and the Honorable Gerard L. Goettel. Following his clerkships, Mr. Carbone practiced at a large New York City law firm where he represented institutional lenders and borrowers in connection with real estate finance and development transactions, as well as business and corporate transactions. Today, in addition to real estate finance and development and corporate transactions, Mr. Carbone’s practice has expanded to representing clients in bankruptcy and insolvency matters, as well as commercial litigation and workouts related to such matters.
