1. Introduction
This Website Privacy Policy describes how Zeldes, Needle, & Cooper, P.C. (“ZNC”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit or send a message from znclaw.com (the "Site"). This Policy is effective as of February 1, 2024, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.  

2. Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages, products, or content that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Our Global Privacy Policy does not apply to these third-party technologies because we may not control them and we are not responsible for them. Do Not Track is a technology that enables users to opt out of tracking by websites they do not visit. Currently, we do not monitor or take any action with respect to Do Not Track technology.

ZNC is committed to protecting the security of Personal Information. While no security measures are completely impenetrable, ZNC takes reasonable precautions to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of Personal Information under ZNC's control.
ZNC reserves the right to disclose Personal Information as required by law or when ZNC believes disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of visitors to the Site or the general public.

You have the right to request information about how your Personal Information is being used and request a copy of the Personal Information we maintain about you. You also have the right to request that we update or correct your Personal Information if you believe it is inaccurate or incomplete.

We will maintain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information. We will retain your Billing Information for a longer period of time as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. 
8. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' Personal Information, we will post the new Privacy Policy on this page and through a notice on the Site home page.

9. This Policy does not apply to Third-Parties Websites
ZNC’s Site contains links to third-party websites. ZNC is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those third-party websites. Visitors should check the privacy policy of third-party websites before providing any information to them.
