Marisa represents both individuals and businesses in a variety of commercial and civil litigation matters, including business and corporate disputes, contract issues, construction litigation, and a variety of real estate litigation. More specifically, Marisa has successfully defended various foreclosure defense matters in which she was able to negotiate favorable loan modifications on behalf of her clients and avoid judgments of strict foreclosure. Marisa has also had extensive experience prosecuting and defending real estate boundary disputes, adverse possession cases and eviction actions.

It is Marisa’s philosophy to maintain open and honest communication with her clients in order to effectively represent them throughout all stages of litigation and to adequately manage expectations. The goal is to ensure that her clients feel heard but are also receiving true and accurate information in order to determine the most effective course of litigation or alternative forms of resolution in order to reach their desired outcome.

Marisa is a lifelong resident of Fairfield County. When Marisa is not at work, you can find her running, baking and spending time with her family.
