Estate Administration

ZNC’s estate administration group assists estate fiduciaries with all of the probate paperwork and filings that must be completed to close out an estate and make a final distribution. In ordinary, routine estate administrations, much of this work can be accomplished by our experienced estate administration paralegal, working under the supervision of an attorney, which benefits clients by reducing the overall cost of the administration. Our attorneys are active throughout Fairfield County’s probate courts, including Fairfield Probate Court, Bridgeport Probate Court, Westport Probate Court, Norwalk Probate Court and Stamford Probate Court.
